My Top 10 Beauty Favorites of 2018

Hey Beauties and happy Monday! Today is officially the last day of December and also the last day before 2019. I thought it was only right to do a favorites post for the year 2018. I’ve had so many favorites this year because I’ve tried many of new products this year. It’s time to recap this years faves!

Before I get into my top 10 products of 2018, I just want to take some time and say thank you to all of you that have been reading my posts, supporting me and kept me motivated. You guys have no idea how much it means to me. I love each and every one of you guys and I Browcan’t wait to see what 2019 has in store for all of us! I wish all of you a happy, healthy, wealthy and successful 2019 and make sure to be safe!!

Now, let’s get into these favorites. 🙂

1. Too Faced Born This Way Foundation

If you’ve followed me for quite some time than you already have a slight idea on how obsessed I am with this. The coverage is amazing. The wear is amazing. It’s pretty affordable in my opinion because this product will last quite some time. I also love the fact that this foundation doesn’t oxidize too much which is always nice.

2. ABH Modern Renaissance Palette

I seriously have been so addicted to this palette this year. All of the shades in this palette scream my name. The beautiful pinks, deep reds, neutrals, shimmery golds, etc… they should’ve just dedicated this palette to me. Not to mention, the pigmentation of these eyeshadows are heavenly. You can use this palette with or without an eye primer. I love, love, love this palette. Not only is this palette my favorite of 2018, but it’s my favorite palette that I’ve ever used.

3. ABH Brow Wiz

This product saved me so much time this year. I hate filling in my brows because my brows are thick and some products make them appear thicker. This product fills my brows in and makes them look humanly. Haha. I love how detailed you can get with this4.  because it has such a fine point. The only downside to this Brow product is it’s hard to tell when you’re running out of the product.

4. NYX Lipliner in “Soft-Spoken”

My favorite lip color for 2017 was Kat Von D’s lipliner in “Lolita” and once I discovered this lipliner was the dupe, I never went back. Seriously, this is such great quality and a beautiful color for only $3.99 which is a steal.

5. Becca Highlighter in “Opal”

This is one product that was definitely not a only a hit for me, but was also a hit for many others. I’m not one to follow hyped products because let’s be real, majority of the time, those products SUCK! This highlighter was an exception. A little goes a long way and this highlighter is buildable. So, it works as an everyday highlighter and if you add a few layers, it works as a blinding-your-haters type of highlight as well.

6. Lancome Liqui-pencil

Ok, I was so obsessive over Urban Decays 24/7 liners in 2017, but this year I’ve been really into the Lancome liquid-pencil because the formula and wear is to die for. There’s tons of colors to choose from, but I love black eyeliners so that’s the shade that I purchased, but you won’t regret this purchase. The only down-side to this liner is that you have to sharpen it, but I could live with it because the formula makes up for it.

7. Kiehls Baby Lip Balm

There’s no surprise that this lip balm made it to my 2018 favorites. I can’t rave enough on how great this lip balm is. It works great on toddlers as well. I love that it doesn’t have a scent to it and this lip balm lasts FOREVER!

8. Maybelline’s Superstay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick

This is definitely a throwback lippy fave to the beginning of 2018. I used to wear this color all the time and from time to time, I still reach for this lippy. No matter what shade you get of this lippy, you will fall in love. It’s so affordable and the wear is amazing. You can eat, drink, kiss, etc… with this lipstick and it will not budge!

9. Nars Bronzer in “Laguna”

It’s hard for me to find a bronzer because most of them are red or a weird shade of brown. This is one of the only bronzers that I absolutely love for many reasons. It comes in a packaging with a large mirror which is essential when traveling, the color is perfect, the formula blends out very well and I can seriously go on with the lists of great things. The only downside to this bronzer is the price, but I can assure you a little goes a long way. If you haven’t noticed a pattern with me and high-end products, I love products that last a long time because makeup can get so expensive.

10. Milani Blush in “Luminoso”

This is such a throwback blush! It was so big a couple years back and I still love it. Baked blushes can be very in-your-face because of how pigmented they are. This shade, in particular, is very easy to blend. I also love the gold shimmers in this blush because it adds a warm glow to the face. This product will be a forever staple in my makeup collection for many reasons.

I hope you all enjoyed this post. This concludes my top 10 favorite products of 2018! What are some of your favorites of 2018?! Let me know in the comments!
