First Impressions: Olay Daily Facial Hydrating Cleansing Cloths

Hey beauties and happy Thursday! My goodness, this week is flying by! Lately, I’ve been really into skincare and I’m happy I am into skincare because my Blog has been lacking skincare posts.

Yesterday, I received a Cleansing Cloth sample from Olay and I was so intrigued. So, I decided to write a first impressions post for you guys because I absolutely love the convenience of this and it works well.

You can find this product at any drugstore and for about 33 wipes is only $9.49 which is seriously a steal. This product does 5 things… Cleanse, Tone, Exfoliate, Hydrate and Removes Makeup. Where has this product been all my life?! Especially when it comes to travelling.

If you know me, I wear medium to full coverage foundation, mascara, liquid liner, waterproof eyeliner, eyebrow product, bronzer, blush, highlighter and a pretty bullet-proof lippy. To sum it up, I wear a full face of makeup.

After getting my hair out of my face, I take 1 cloth, add a little water to the cloth and lather it a bit. I then basically use this cloth to wash my face and remove my makeup. It does a great job and to top it off it doesn’t burn your eyes. I did try testing this out for you guys. The directions say to use this sheet for your final rinse. I did just that and it took off all the suds. I loved that it didn’t leave my skin feeling tight which was really nice. It does have grapeseed extract and if you’re looking for an anti-aging product, this would be a great addition to your skincare routine.

After all the makeup, grossness, and suds were off of my face, I tossed the sheet into the garbage bin and continued to moisturize. I honestly felt that I could just leave my face without moisturizer because my skin felt so hydrated.

The next day (which is today) I woke up and my face looked amazing. It looked so clean, soft, hydrated and had a slight glow. My husband even noticed. You know what that means?! I’m definitely purchasing this product. Haha.

Pros:

  • Affordable
  • Does 5 things in 1 so you can eliminate a few products
  • Smells fresh
  • Leaves skin looking and feeling great
  • You will probably get compliments 🙂
  • Travel-friendly (they offer a 7 count)

Cons

  • They are not cruelty-free

I hope you all enjoyed this post. Have you ever tried this product before? Did you have the same experience that I did or was it different? Let me know in the comments below.
